My name is Sofia Kořínková and I am a certified Level 2 fitness trainer with several years of health and fitness experience. I am a holder of the prestigious ELITE PRO card, winning the Bikini fitness category followed by the overall Diamond cup win in Budapest.

My fitness journey started with dance, gymnastics and atheltics. However, I found real passion in fitness as I can not only work on my goals but also help others achieve theirs.
As a trainer my focus is to teach my clients that a healthy lifestyle can be a part of every day life and that with the right plan and the right attitude we can overcome all excuses, big or small. My aim is to support my clients not only physically but also mentally, to find balance and overall health fitness contentment.
