Scope of Personal Data

We minimize the scope of personal data we process to adequately fulfill the services you expect from us, to comply with legal obligations, and to protect our legitimate interests. We process personal data of our customers and potential customers who have given us consent. The categories of personal data we process include:

  • Contact details, including your email, phone number.

  • Transactional data, especially information about your payments and payment methods.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data

We primarily process your personal data for the purpose of concluding purchase contracts for the delivery of our goods and services. This includes receiving and processing orders, issuing invoices and tax documents, recording payments, and shipping goods to the chosen address.

To fulfill all legal obligations, we also process personal data for accounting, registry management, handling complaints, and resolving disputes, including legal proceedings and extrajudicial debt collection.

Retention period of Personal data
  • In the case of consent from the data subject, we will process your data until you withdraw your consent, up to a maximum of 24 months from the date of consent.
  • If based on your consent, we will process your data until you revoke your consent, but not exceeding 24 months from its granting.
  • In the case of legitimate interest, we will process your personal data until you object to the processing, for a duration justified by the life cycle of the purchased product or service.
  • For contract fulfillment, we will process your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship, including warranty and complaint conditions. In the case of legal obligations, we will process your personal data for the period prescribed by law, which may be up to 10 years for accounting and tax purposes.

    • You have the right to access your personal data, know the purpose of processing, the recipients of your personal data, and the duration of processing.
    • You have the right to rectify your personal data if it is incorrect or has changed. You can request the erasure of personal data if it is incorrect or processed unlawfully.
    • If your personal data is processed based on consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
    • You have the right to limit processing if you wish, and we will only process data for the most necessary legal reasons or not at all.
    • You have the right to object to automated individual decision-making if you believe it is unlawful or violates your rights.
    • You have the right to object and automated individual decision-making if you find or believe that this processing is unlawful or in breach of your rights.
    • You also have the right to data portability, and if you wish to transfer them to another controller, we will provide them in the corresponding format, unless technical or legal obstacles prevent it.

Where and How to Exercise Your Rights

You can exercise your rights by calling +421 915 951 153 or in writing to CF STUDIO s.r.o., Letná st. 90/24, 94501 Komárno. We will respond to your request free of charge within 30 days. In case of large number of requests, we may extend this period by an additional 60 days, informing you about the reasons for the extension.
